Our staff consist of trainers with both military and civilian backgrounds.  With more than 30 years of fitness experience combined , we provide military training, personal training, educational products, leadership, and sound advice of how to live a fit life-style.

Zach – Group Fitness Instructor                                                                          Zach enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1999 and earned his commission as an officer in 2010 along with his    B. S. in Kinesiology.  He has served in numerous diverse infantry units and has deployed across the world.  His expertise is military-style training, functional fitness, and community relations.


Claudette – Dietician


Claudette Vaughn, MS, RDN Claudette is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a Master’s of Science in Public Health Nutrition. She has been a dietitian since 2000.

Her background is diverse, both professionally and personally. She has experience in community health, maternal and child nutrition, and most recently weight management counseling.

She has lived in many different countries and her own ethnic heritage is uniquely distinct, being half Peruvian and half German. Claudette can provide a unique insight as well as knowledge of many different cuisines and cultures and help create flavorful menu plans to meet many different individual’s needs. Her current focus is helping individuals learn to eat right and improve their fitness through healthy choices and lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes or short-term diets as well as mindful eating.


We exist wherever you live.  Once a trainer is established in your area, a group of 3-30 can attend a group fitness session right outside your front door.  We customize each session to your individual fitness goals.  Being surrounded by community friends and neighbors, each session is a powerful motivator to stay committed and engaged with fitness.
